That's strange, maybe try to edit the font and trimming option in the SCPL setting?

Also, try cutting out this [link] part to see if the title thing is working

btw, I'm working with Panel UI 0.14.12beta.

The newer ver. of Panels UI did the trick. Though it was only 5 days newer that the one I used ;) Btw. great modification, kutgw :)
